LFT designs and manufacturers Sand Filters & Carbon Filters for the food and beverage as well as industrial market. All pressure filters are custom designed to meet specific client requirements. All pressure filters are fully rated according to South Africa Pressure vessel Standards and are accepted throughout the Food and Beverage industry. Drawings are supplied for approval before manufacturing. Full data books with certificate of manufacture and 12 month warranty.

- Nozzle Plate: Flat C/W Stainless Steel nozzles
- Supports: Box Legs
- Outlet & Inlets: Flanged
- Frontal Pipework: Option Stainless Steel C/W valves
- Flow Rates: 10m3/hour @ 7,2 Min EBCT to 200m3/hr per vessel or as required
- Media: Activated Carbon as per clients requirements
Sand Filters
- Materials of Construction: 304L, 316L, SAFF2205 and 904L
- Operating Pressures: 100Kpa – 1000Kpa
- Nozzle Plate: Flat C/W polypropylene nozzles
- Supports: Box Legs
- Outlet & Inlets: Flanged
- Frontal Pipework: Optional Stainless Steel piping to Food and Beverage standard C/W S/S valves
- Flow Rates: 10m3/hour to 200m3/hr per vessel or as required
- Media: Deep bed filtration using industry accepted media or as per clients requirements
